Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We at the Momentum Interiors strive to exceed your quality and service expectations. If you are not satisfied with an item purchased online from the Momentum Interiors store, we will gladly accept return items for a full credit within 10 days of delivery, subject to Terms and Conditions. Please contact us at +91-969559332 or Email us to initiate your return request. Refunds will be given in the original payment form and applied when the product arrives at Momentum warehouse.

Please keep in mind that furniture is vulnerable to damage during shipping; please be sure to keep the original packaging materials for items you may wish to return.

1. Cancellation of Order before Shipment of Products
Subject to the Terms and Conditions, customer can cancel the order before shipment of product. Customer's credit/ debit/ cash card has already been charged for the purchase and customer's order is cancelled, Momentum Interiors shall facilitate the issuance of credit to customer's credit/debit/cash card account for the amount of the charge. For any refund, the relevant provisions of ‘Refund’ shall apply as given hereunder.
Customer shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, booked on the Website, by placing a "Cancel Order" request, by logging a call with Momentum Interiors Customer Care Department by phone on +91-969559332 or Email us to initiate your cancel request.
"Cancel Order" can be placed at any time after booking of order but before receipt of shipping confirmation from Momentum Interiors.

2. Cancellation of Order after Delivery of Product(s) to Customer
Subject to the Terms and Conditions, customer can cancel the order after shipment/delivery of product.

Any Product purchased from the Website can be returned to Momentum Interiors if the Product supplied by us is damaged, defective or the Product received is different from the Product that was ordered. Customer shall return the product within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of Product, by logging a call with Momentum Interiors Customer Care Department by phone on +91-969559332.

The customer shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
In the event if customer, on removing the packaging of the Product, finds the Product is damaged and/or defective and/or is different from the Product that was ordered, customer shall immediately intimate Momentum Interiors Customer Care Department by phone on +91-969559332 about such damage and/or defect and/ or difference and Momentum Interiors will arrange for the replacement of the Product or refund of price of the Product along with shipping charges, if any, collected by Momentum Interiors in the unlikely event of Momentum Interiors being unable to replace the damaged and/or defective Product. For any refund or exchange/replacement of Product the relevant provisions of ‘Exchange/Replacement’ and ‘Refund’ shall apply as given herein.

In case of Cancellation/ Return/Replacement of order, due to the reasons mentioned in sub-clauses (i) and (iii) above, after delivery of the Product to the customer, Momentum Interiors will arrange pick up of the Product to be returned. Customer shall assist and cooperate fully to return the Product with its manuals, booklets, warranty card, accessories, freebies and packing materials or any other thing/item which were delivered to customer along with the Product being returned.

3. Exchange / Replacement
In case the Product is found having certain defect(s) immediately after delivery of the same, customer shall request for exchange/ replacement of the Product any time after delivery of the Product but not later than ten (10) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Product by registering a call with Momentum Interiors Customer Care Department by phone on +91-969559332.

In case customer decides to get replacement of the Product due to certain defect in the Product as provided above, then Momentum Interiors will arrange pick up of the Product to be exchanged/ replaced. However, customer agrees to assist and cooperate to return the Product with all its accessories, freebies, manuals, booklets, warranty card, accessories, and original packing materials and such declaration duly signed by customer as may be required by Customer Care Department while registering call for return/replacement.
In case of any defect arising after delivery of the Product such defects will be serviced by Momentum Interiors or its authorized dealer/ partners in accordance with the warranty terms.

In case customer opts for replacement of the Product due to any defect at the time of delivery of the Product, customer will have to ensure that the Product is returned in undamaged and saleable condition including all accessories and manuals. There should be no signs of external damage on the packaging, including the original carton.

4. Refund
Any cancellation/exchange shall be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for payment reversal / replacement of the Product depending on availability of the Product and as opted by the customer.
All eligible refunds against cancellation of Orders by the customer before delivery of Product to the customer shall be without any processing charges.
Any eligible refund will be initiated by Momentum Interiors through payment gateway service provider, within 10 (Ten) working days of receipt of request for cancellation of Order, in case of cancellation before delivery of the Products, or within 10 (Ten) working days after receipt of Product(s) by Momentum Interiors, in case of cancellation of Order after delivery of the Product(s). However, it will be credited to customer’s bank account/credit card/debit card within such time as taken by banking channels to process refund transaction.
