We make every effort to display the colours/shades/texture of all products as accurately as possible. However, we can't guarantee if your computer monitor's display of any colour/shade/texture will be completely accurate.
We use Blue Dart, Fedex, Delhivery, Ecom and other reputed logistics providers to fulfil your order. The choice of the provider depends on your Pin Code and available services to that Pin Code by the respective logistics provider.
Some products may require light assembly. Our team is available to support you via video or chat to help you assemble the product in case you are stuck and need help
Yes you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email, which will tell you the ship date of the order. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.
Cancellations can be made any time prior to the shipment of your order. To make any changes we would need to cancel the original order and place a new order for the updated item(s).

All products sold on our website have a manufacture warranty period of 1 year from the sale date. We are happy to repair the product in case of any manufacturing defect.
If you need any support after your product's warranty coverage has expired, please contact us so we can understand the repair/service required. Once we understand the issue, we will be able to offer repair & maintenance services on a chargeable basis.
